Pre-Authorized Payment Plan (PAP)

We are offering residents the convenience of automatic withdrawals from your bank account for the payment of property taxes, provided that the tax account is current. There are no fees for enrollment and your property tax account will be penalty exempt. Please allow fifteen (15) days to process an enrollment request or any changes or cancellations to an existing enrollment.

OPTION #1 - 12 payments per year

You will receive an installment plan schedule, upon enrollment, indicating the monthly withdrawal amounts and dates. Amounts owing for the final tax billing must be paid in full prior by November 30th, and subsequent payments are calculated on future tax billing estimates, with July being a reconciliation month for amounts either owing or credited. It may be necessary to adjust your payment during the year due to assessment or tax rate changes.

OPTION #2 - 4 payments per year

Your installment plan schedule will coincide with the installments due dates as outlined on each property tax billing issued; installments will be processed February, May, August and November. It may be necessary to adjust your payment during the year due to assessment or tax rate changes.
